A lifelong Lorain County community member, Katie Leonard joined Path & Green in 2024 with a heart for service and a deep belief in the power of dignity and support. Her background in education has shaped her understanding of the challenges young women face, academically, emotionally, and personally and the difference it makes when someone shows up for them with consistency and care. Katie is known for her calm presence, her ability to build trust quickly, and her commitment to making every young person feel valued. At Path & Green, she brings creativity, organization, and a collaborative spirit that strengthens both everyday operations and long‑term initiatives. She is passionate about ensuring that every young woman in Lorain County has access to the resources, confidence, and support she deserves.
