In addition to serving as Founder and President, Sarah Yoder oversees Path & Green's daily operations, ensuring the organization's smooth functioning. With nine years of experience as an educator and administrator, Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her leadership role. Her creativity and strong organizational skills drive the successful execution of Path & Green’s initiatives. Above all, Sarah’s deep commitment to serving others continually propels Path & Green forward, advancing its mission to make a meaningful difference in the lives of girls in Lorain County.

Marilyn Arundel joined Path & Green in 2023 as a volunteer, after spending four decades as an educator of adolescent girls, serving as both teacher and administrator. Working extensively with young women for so long has made her keenly aware of the needs and challenges related to their personal health and well-being, as well as the stress that can result when those needs are not met. Marilyn’s seasoned organizational skills and extensive experience in strategic planning are a welcome addition to both the everyday workings of Path & Green and to our long term goal planning. She values commitment, collaboration, and compassion, all of which further our mission of supporting the health, dignity and confidence of young women in Lorain County.

Wendy Millis joined Path & Green in 2025, bringing with her more than 25 years of experience in pediatric medicine. Her dedication to the health and wellbeing of children and adolescents is evident not only in her professional career as a pediatrician but also in her commitment to serving in her church’s special needs children’s ministry. Wendy’s expertise and compassion serve as valuable assets to Path & Green’s mission to support and empower girls in the community.
